Barcelona Port Info and Times
All Guests need to complete check-in by 4:00pm. Any Guests arriving after 4:00pm will need to complete the check-in process onboard.
Here is additional information regarding the check-in process:
*Guests pass through security check point with x-ray as they enter the building.
*Check-in for the cruise begins at 10:30am.
*Guests are greeted by a Disney Cruise Line representative and directed to the appropriate check-in station.
*Only one member of the party needs to go the check-in station with all of the required documentation to receive Key to the World Cards for each family member.
*Embarkation begins at approximately 1:00 pm and the Lifeboat Drill is at 5:00pm.
*All Guests onboard by 9:30pm for the ship departure at 9:30pm.
*Guests may leave and return to/from the ship at any time as long as they are onboard by the scheduled Onboard time.
*Guests board by group (i.e. Concierge, Castaway Club) or by boarding pass number.
*Guests board the ship on Deck 3.
*Your luggage will be delivered to your stateroom prior to 6:30pm. While you are waiting to embark the ship, you can take advantage of duty free shopping, character photo opportunities, and pre-register children into Youth Activities.

Due to the high congestion of traffic, it is strongly recommended that Guests take advantage of the transportation services offered by Disney Cruise Line. The Port of Barcelona is approximately 30-40 minutes from the Barcelona International Airport and 20-30 minutes from Barcelona hotels offered inthe pre- and post-packages. Time varies based on traffic.
There is no parking at the terminal, but parking is available at the nearby World Trade Center. Parking and a shuttle service is available to take Guests to Terminal C. Pier parking is approximately €12/$18.00 USD per day. Please be aware, price is subject to change without notice. Designated parking areas for Guests with disabilities are available. A valid disability parking permit is required.

On Board Currency Exchange & Check Cashing
Guests are able to cash personal checks drawn from U.S. banks
only up to $100.00 per checking account, per voyage onboard at the Guest
Services desk. [NOTE: You cannot use your Key To The World card to get Euros from Guest Services.] There are no limits set for currency exchange. [NOTE: Per the EBTA cruisers, DCL will also exchange currency for traveler's checks.]
Currency exchange is available at Guest Services. During the
Mediterranean sailings, the currencies listed below can be exchanged to
Euros.

Disney Policy on Bringing Alcohol On Board
Alcohol is permitted on board. However, be aware that any fragile items (including bottled alcohol) must be hand-carried on board in a day bag and/or carry-on bag, the dimensions of which cannot exceed 22" wide, 14" high and 9" deep. Guests who request a Wine Steward to open and serve a bottle of champagne, wine or liquor that has been brought onboard will be charged a corking fee of $15.00 per bottle.
Please be advised: Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to remove fragile items (including beverages) from luggage. In such cases, items will be stored and returned at the end of the voyage. Beverage containers are considered fragile and have previously caused damage in checked luggage. All fragile items must be transported inside carry-on luggage.
